      Dear Ms Cao Thi Hong Vinh,

      My name is Yoshitaka Okamoto, I am in charge of student exchange programme at the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS), Kobe University, Japan. I am writing this email to let you know about the application process for the Special Course for Development Policy at GSICS for the academic year 2017 starting this October.

      Based on the agreement between Foreign Trade University and Kobe University, GSICS accepts students from your university to the Special Course for Development Policy. Details of the course can be found through the link below:

      This year’s application period is from 24 March to 7 April. Application must be submitted during this period and should include the following items (forms are attached):
      * Application form
      * Letter of Recommendation
      * Letter of Consent
